Military Academies

The CPS Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) Military Academies are unique four‐year learning centers at high schools for students wishing to develop managerial, leadership, self-discipline, and team‐building skills (useful for a variety career fields). Students study in a small school environment, via a college prep curriculum, and receive military training from a team of teachers and JROTC instructors. Each academy focuses on a specific branch of the military – Army, Marines, Navy, or Air Force.

Admissions
Minimum combined percentile of 48 in reading and math on NWEA and attendance at an information session at one of the military academies.
